A pig farm in Romania required moving animal slurry accumulated in a catch basin. To work with this substance is essential to use tools that allow working from a distance, because of its ammonia fumes.
Our solution
DRAGFLOW supplied a remote-controlled mini dredge model DRP18 equipped with one electric pump model EL35. The reduced dimensions of this equipment allows a very fast assembly and installation, without the need of using cranes or other expensive machinery.
This solution proved to be the most suitable for moving thick sludge to cisterns. The collected slurry will then be used to produce fertilizers for the agricultural sector.
