Sometimes it is necessary to transport the dredged material to a long distance.
In these cases, booster stations are an extremely useful tools to maintain an excellent production even in difficult conditions.
Booster stations are designed and built to operate with high efficient Dragflow pumps and are used to add extra pressure to the pumping system, in order to maintain an optimum production at longer pipeline distances.
Thanks to the accurate work of our research and development department, Dragflow is now able to offer the new booster stations in the following sizes and characteristics:
- Small - 500m3 / h @ 1000m discharge 10 "
- Medium - 1000m3 / h @ 1500m discharge 14 "
- Large - 2500m3 / h @ 2000m discharge 22 "
Our largest booster station has already been successfully used in the dredging of a river, allowing the material dredged from the riverbed to be transported at a great distance.
